![]() I went to About phone ->OMADM updates ->UICC Unlock and it still says: 'Your device is locked to only support your Carrier UICC'. 2/3/18: I got (yet) another email notification from Sprint today that my device has been successfully unlocked. Hope someone here can help me get out of this Sprint Frustration. I have been blacked out without a working phone for two days now. Manually inputting the APN for the different carrier (the phone actually wouldn't let me save changes or create and save a new APN profile!) I just hope there is ONE person at least in the Sprint support team who understands the root cause of the problem and can solve it. Resetting the device provisioning parameters to the factory default (by dialing to the hidden menu) 2. ![]() I tried several things the technical support group asked me to do: 1. The bootloader menu says device status to be locked. ![]() It says invalid Sim if I insert another carrier's sim card into the phone 3. The OMADM updates ->UICC Unlock Says the phone is locked to current UICC. The representatives from Customer service and the technical support departments keep saying that my phone shows up as unlocked on their system but my phone is NOT unlocked.
